Last night I was able to try out a a new photo trick I picked up from a master - http://omega.watchprosite.com/show-forumpost/fi-677/pi-5029673/ti-759283/s--1/
Unfortunately I don't have the 'special' JLC cardboard. I had to settle for plain office paper instead 
I still have some learning to do, but this setup really does work very well, even with terrible lighting, or no lighting at all.

from white paper to a special piece of shaped cardboard. Do give it a try - it's very easy. And it's always a pleasure to have a travelling watch fan join one of our GTGs…
