Hey G...
I believe the small inner dial is the seconds, the middle disc is the minutes, and the outer disc the hours. So this is showing about 9.10 as the '0' is at 9 and the ball is nearly 10 past.
Probably takes a bit of getting used too..!! Similar to the new Radar dial in red which is nice for a fun watch but the same price as an Omega..!!

it really needs a straight down pic of the dial. i can see a spot on the inner circle which i presume is the hour marker, but i cant make out the minutes. can you help please. best Graham
