Despite my negative reaction to Opus 8 (which was based more on execution than the idea of a mechanically driven digital display), I have always found myself drawn to watches that reference historical aspects of the craft of horology. I think this is an interesting and quite readable way of showing elapsed time on a chronograph. I believe that Montblanc are heading in the right direction with their recent watches.

Even if I'm not yet totally convinced, I have to say at least that this watch has some interest, due to its caliber. Yers I'd prefer to see a simpler design of a first ( don't tell me I'm wrong..LOL) watch, maybe more prudent, but hte movement is interest...
