Horological Meandering

I'm not sure if you think about watches with... no case back. Or, to be more explicit the main plate which is, at the same time, the case back in order to give a thinner watch.

 

I particularly think about the Audemars Piguet with the smallest Tourbillon in the world. The reference 25643. A watch I considered to buy some months ago but which has too many problems to be bought IMHO unfortunately.
