I am a big fan of ivory and must say it works with every metal, but YG and Wg in particular.
The PP Ivory is superb. It has many shades depending on the light. I might even be wrong: Rose looks so well with Ivory, too. But in white gold, with a brown strap, it is best.

There is clearly a vast spectrum of colors/tones all put under the umbrella of "ivory" dials, from less than snow-white to beige to yellow tones. My questions include: Do you like watches with this color dial? Do you prefer more milky/creamy or more beige...

I feel drawn to off white dials - particularly more so than silver dials. They have such a warmth to them! I gravitated towards the eggshell Heuer Carrera 3647S for this exact reason. Looking good for 60! ...

but my BP Leman’s dial often appears off-white in certain light conditions which pairs nicely with the red gold case ...

i was at a watch event 3 weeks ago with a vintage dealer who was selling one of these amongst about 20 other specimens. the dial and hands were pristine; the case was clearly re-polished. can you guess what he was asking for it? $30K USD. He had no takers...
