How many watch collaborations has Aston Martin had by now?
JLC, Girard-Perregaux, Bremont, TAG Heuer… and now Timex.
Quite a journey. 😉
I’ve never really warmed to these collaborations. A car brand on the dial or caseback rarely adds anything for me.
What starts as something special tends to become rather… frequent.
Bucherer, to be fair, is a pleasant exception (usually very restrained and tasteful).
But with Aston Martin I wonder how much meaning can a partnership still carry if it changes this often?
