Horological Meandering

Hello everyone... I have been collecting watches for years... I have noticed a considerable increase in wait times when a package arrives into "ISC " which I think is US Customs ( the customer service people cant seem to agree ) . I have heard stories abo...

I just received a watch from an independant maker - This is the second piece from this maker I have received. This package was appropriately completed with ALL paperwork - Watch Commercial Invoice appropriately marked and labeled - CITES certificates etc....

On average, it is shorter by a couple to 3 days to receive stuff from US than when I send stuff there. Especially after 911 I fancy. I can understand why.
