I really like the Spectre rotor. So well thought-out in this context. The one of the JLC Extreme Lab 2 is so "strange" regarding the "TV screen" case back

Well played. The MB&F HM models are all so crazy (in the right way) with incredible shapes that they're forced to adapt their rotors to them which offer to us very creative ones

Humm the rotor of the "jellyfish". A mouth with "sharp teeth". One I've had the chance at this year at the SIHH. Not wearable for me but truly impressive

Micro rotors are the best compromise for automatic watches for me. They offer a full view on the mouvement and add elegance to it if they're well designed and embellished

Like DB or RM (I love a lot the rotor of the RM 007 even if it's a lady's watch), the ones made by MB&F for their HM are truly futuristic. Like the timepieces of these brands, their rotors are divisive

Without a second of hesitation imo the most beautiful, best automatic movement, with the best finishing actually on the market is...

May be you're biased my dear Mike but you're objective too. This LF micro rotor is truly fantastic and the fact that they added a "micro rotor bridge" is an element which offers a supplementary touch of elegance

That picture is giving a good idea of the level of finishing of this movement... hard to beat !!!

Hard to not fall in love with that kind of shot and don't say bravo. But you don't need to preach to the choir 😉

Wow! The Monaco V4 Tourbillon. May be not the nicest "rotor" but without any doubt a very well thought out one. That makes me think to Corum with its linear winding system.

I think there was also a Harry Winston with the vertical wind...

The HW Tourbillon Glissière that I didn't know. Your remark about the V4 is interesting because I didn't think previously about this possible problem of noise or bad feeling on the wrist

The GO one offers a very nice symmetry that I love a lot. Regarding the Vianney Halter one, it's just sublime and very well thought out for me
