Longines made the box big to accomodate the book. I wonder whether they know that a thing called mini CD exist? 
Watch companies must really use their sharp mind and design the watch containers (box, pouch, etc) that are more useful for users. DeBethune pouch shown by SJX is very attractive and useful.
As of now, I used the box to store other watches.
