I myself prefer the hard cover catalog
over the online catalogs. I am accustomed to them because I already used to read them at the time when the web connections were rather slow.
Not just watches.
For cars too, they encourage you to browse on line rather than ask for brochures or catalogs
Online just lacks the "feel" of looking at a catalog,
be it a watch, car, gun, leather goods or whatever catalog you like to look at.
