Angelus Chronographe Medical X Massena LAB Watch.
If my memory serves me well, it was introduced at W and W in 2022. A nice but a bit too big medical chronograph. And ambitiously priced... Or is the movement too small for this case? For the comparison, here is the vintage one: Credit: Craft and Tailored....

That would dare present cases at 37mm - or more fitting for this movement - 34mm 🤷🏻♂️
The magnified section is unique and makes the watch so cool.
The Massena version lost the charm in translation.
