I would make an exception with the PP / VC Sector dial.
But for the rest, I would favour the in house movement like Longines, the 33.3 ( in a Lemania case, then ), or Minerva, or UG!
The rest comes after, and believe me, there are still some strong contenders, but just a step below: JLC, Ulysse Nardin ( these have some very nicely finished movement! ) and the others....
