If I had to choose
the stand out watches from your collection would be the Gronefeld Remontoire, the Rolex 6263 (my favourite ever Daytona) and your incoming Frodsham which is an awesome watch and is arguably the one watch with a movement to rival your Gronefeld (leaving Ferdinand Berthoud aside!). No need to buy a travel watch as any one of these three would be a great watch to travel with!

Congrats on a nice and well curated collection! I would say that Rolex, JLC, etc. are perhaps not "top tier" (in the sense that Patek or Lange, AP, etc. are), but certainly very "well known" ;-)
