Sector dials: Longines vs Omega CK859. Which one do you prefer?

Hi Chono, After having lookied at a whole range of sector dial watches, I went for the Longines. It may not have an Omega or JLC movement, but the dial, the dial is just nicer!

Well the Longines dial has something special for sure with the outer ring being silver. The overall dial has a simplicity to it that is very different from the Omega. Thanks for commenting...

No this is the normal Longines bracelet that comes with the black dial version of this same reference. My AD ordered the bracelet separately

It only comes with the black dial but can be preserved separately

I am a big fan of Omega, not as much of Longines

Big congrats on your new addition to your collection dear friend Yacomino. Not easy to choose one or another as though both have a sector dial they are different. I like the flat bezel of the Longines so much.

I would choose the Longines for more attractive dial, slightly thinner and much more affordable. Though the Omega is technically more sophisticated.

It’s a mater of taste of course, not bad to have both, however my preference is Longines to the point that it might be my next watch. Congratulations wear them in good health!🥂

The clean dial is what stroke me when I first saw it in the flesh. I love my CK, but the Longines has different attributes that I love as well! Cheers!

Both are cool ! But I’d choose the Omega only because I don’t like the eaten 6 of the Longines (which has a very nice strap btw).
