Laurent Ferrier Galet Traveller Asia Map Launch in Singapore

Recently Sincere Fine Watches and DKSH South East Asia (exclusive distributor for Laurent Ferrier), launched Laurent Ferrier Galet Traveller Asia Map at Sincere Haute Horologerie (at Hilton Singapore) with the presence of Christian Ferrier, Co-Founder of Laurent Ferrier and Vanessa Monestel, CEO of Laurent Ferrier.

The evening cocktail session began with a interview-dialogue among Christian Ferrier, Vanessa Monestel and Timmy Tan, followed by a short watchmaking session for Sincere Watch clients.

Laurent Ferrier Galet Traveller Asia Map (commercial piece, so did not unwrap the protective layer), 41mm case of 5N Rose gold.

Dial is Grand feu cloisonné with outline of the continents by cloisonné champlevé technique.

24-hour display (at 9H) is the home-time, while display at 3H is for local date. Quick local time adjustment is with the pushers at 10H & 8H without affecting the minute-hand.

Beautifully decorated LF Caliber 230.01 with silicon pallet-lever and 18K micro-rotor, beats at 21,600VPH with a power reserve of 80 hours.

After decades, I finally understand white coffee. Who knew the Arabica, Robusta and Liberica black beans are roasted with magarine and NOT sugar to create a paler (white) roast? I don't drink coffee but discover that I like white coffee.... Regards, MTF

I just wish the home-time window (9H) is shaped to show only the actual hour. Perhaps it is also to show its technicality of a progressive hour change. Beside this, the execution is good, nice tactile from the pushers. Kong
