Looking forward to sharing the excitement ...
The strength of F.P.Journe watches is in the overall design, mechanical novelty, wearability and nod to traditional horological ideas. While the "finish" is good, and has improved from the early days of the company, it is not the primary point of interest of the watches. For me personally though, I think Journe gets the balance right. But I acknowledge that many will have a different set of priorities and may not appreciate the aesthetics of his designs as much as I do. But I will let you make up your own mind ...
