Big size Chronograph ( 38 mm, which was, at that time, a considered as a big size ), Valjoux 22 inside, which obviously needs a good service.
Late 40ies, or early 50ies, I cannot say, but not the kind of chronograph you will see everyday.
Very much my taste, I must say...

Ah! Then it wouldn't be a chronograph anymore.....
