NickO, dont worry it would be very difficult to offend me. 20 years a copper, i was insulted by lots of people who meant it and hurt by a few as well so no one who takes the time to love watches and contribute to this forum could say anything remotely off...

Just an additional note I have forgotten in my previous post: In my humble opinion many "Purists" here do not really COLLECT watches, they just BUY new watches for pleasure, tasty outfit, some to "show their budget" and impress others...  Honestly spoken ...
