May I say that watches are originally and generally cheap if we erase the brand name from the dial? Assuming the three examples that you gave have similar case material and complication, they are priced differently because they bear different name.
Hypothetically, if MIH, Seiko Burger and PPro ABR bear the brand name of any of the top brand names, I am certain the price would be double, may be triple or possibly many times more.
