Horological Meandering

not on the exact stroke of midnight

for the Moser. So much for "instantaneous" - with a whole minute too late - and still the date had not sprung!

At least according to your picture.

I tried to but could not stay up that late for the ceremony, although on the following morning was pleased (and relieved) that all changes on my two Antiqua's had gone "according to plan".

Remember that the watches themselves do not depend on us - but some independent watchmakers surely do!

Special credit to Andreas Strehler who played a major part in the technical concept of the Moser QP!

As for the other one ...  got lost in my mind, don't know - will have to take another look. After all, it is my favorite "brand".

Maybe the New Moon, on the same date - somehow got in the way.

wink
