I have been offered the option of a new strap during service, usually at a reduced price to buying a strap outside of service, but it is not common in my experience. And you need to specifically request that they return your old strap!

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me which brands do and do not give a new strap with an overhaul service? I'd like to collect and post a small resource about this simple but important topic since straps often sell for over 400 dollars. Thanks in advance!
I do not know anyone that does...
I just know that Lange and Daniel Roth (Bulgari) do not replace straps with the overhaul. They ask and charge for the replacement. I hope this helps. R
