Looking for help with info regarding one of my vintage watches.
I picked up this pink 18k Omega chronometre last yr. Im aware its one of two very similar watches made in a limited edition of a few thousand pieces to commerorate Omega s 100th anniversary in 1948, and I know it comes with the first automatic movement made by Omega. I also know mine is the smaller variation, and the other watch is similar looking except being slightly larger dia, but recently I read an eBay listing which described the watches as having solid 18k gold dials, and this I heard for the first time.
Is this true?
Also, can anyone tell me the exact numbers these watches were made in? Pics of my watch attached.
