So many choices...PITA is very flexible from personal experience, Paul Gerber: I've heard good things about him, RGM in the US, there are some outfits in the UK that offer bespoke watches like Garrick and Struthers. Finding the right watchmaker will be a journey and experience in itself, I am sure when you talk with them you'll know which one is right for you. A watch that reflects your taste and design will be a watch for life.

IMHO would vote for Freak. It is iconic and unique and matches the special occasion.

Watches may come out that might rise to the top of the list. Another constraint is that the watch plus strap cannot be over around 100 grams.
