Many Indonesian friends buy their watches in Singapore (for choice) and Malaysia (0% import tax on mechanical watches in the old days).
So, it will be interesting if any watches turn up at secondary markets in Jakarta.

t's not easy to get good deals in Jakarta, as I think it is a seller's market for popular high end watches like PP, AP and Rolex. But once in awhile if you are a local and you know the who's who in the pre-owned market scenes, you might get offered quite ...

Tho I'm only into vintage watches. Be careful tho, some stores got franken watches (especially rolex, that plaza got a lot of rollies and Panerais) so you ought to be careful about it.

There are some but not many sellers here are "honest". Well, I know one mall which is Blok M Plaza which you could see much of pre-owned watches vary in prices from vintage omega, corum, or vintage brands (not much though) to urwerk or Greubel Forsey. And...
