So happy to see the new GS commemorative
I have been trying my hardest to pull the trigger on the current GS hi beat anniversary watch and I just can't find it attractive even at a favorable price. This one offers the beauty of the pure Seiko design, and the choice of metals should satisfy the full range of collectors.

SS version for me too

Unfortunately....
...this one doesn't have the display back - SEIKO tried to re-produce the 60s model rather strictly. So, only screw back and no deployant buckle for that matter... :-( Ken

I am okay with the solid caseback, but the movement does look nice. No deployant works okay for me too. I don't mind the good old tang buckle. Cheers, Daos
