Horological Meandering

sorry kevin, i only managed until fri morning as my Speedy came back from service

the Bulova is actually quite a milestone piece as it is from the first production run of the Accutron tuning fork. its not called the 'Alpha' for nothing. i also have an original 1962 spaceview which also rarely gets worn. i carried on wearing the Alpha without issue except for an annoying hum in my ear whilst trying to sleep smile i bet it was the most accurate piece on this post except for perhaps Davo's quartz Longines. IMVHO the Tuning fork movement should have been a worldwide success, but that didnt happen for some reason despite the fact the NASA and Concorde utilised them.

anyway, i'm rambling now as i'm prone to do smile

now i've contributed to your post you can comment on my Poker watch pretty please smile  smile  smile

best

Graham
