Horological Meandering

I have a deep appreciation for the Nomos brand for the consistency of their design language and the fine horological content ....at fair prices. The newest Nomos in my collection is the Metro neomatik Update 41 : A bit bigger than the traditional Nomos pi...  

A watch with a big personality. I especially like the way the date is displayed here. The original Nomos Metro was one of my first few watches when I started the hobby. Although it is no longer in the collection, I do miss it and it’s whimsical nature.

It was just a bit too small for me but now I am glad that I have another Metro back in the collection.

I also love the unpretentious nature of the brand : no superfluous marketing telling,no brand ambassadors,no VIP parties : it is all about the watches!

Nomos has long been a favorite of mine, I have a classic tangente in 35mm for now, maybe I'll "update" the collection soon (😉). The date on the metro is perfectly integrated and that tangente with the red ring gets me going! P.S. They make great straps th...

I’ve been tempted by Nomos for some time, but never quite pulled the trigger. However this looks like a great piece and I like the unique date plus the date is orange 🍊 (I’m a sucker for orange)
