In my way back from quick trip to Japan.
Amazing food experience as always in Japan: here at Udatsu Sushi:
While the location is rather surprising (very residential neighborhood) the sushi were great and the opportunity to watch the chef in omakase settings was brilliant - highly recommend ! (Ps: has any of you been there?)

remained in the store long after the unboxing. I will think and think about it until I decided to go back to the store and swipe the card.

for a 30% non refundable deposit before one can do all that?😂
