Horological Meandering

I have more and more affection and interest for these 33.3 Chronographs, which were the apanage of Tissot / Omega / Lemania and Leroy ( Thanks Suitbert for this information! ) Here is a Tissot I would date from the 40ies, with a snap back case, olive push...

a Duometre? Oh yeah! But then, you know that better than I do....the heaven, when it comes to Chronographs, is never reached even after climbing 109 steps HT;) Aaaah! That would certainly be too simple:) but yes your are absolutely right the Duometre is d...

you are allowed, please show me/us more of these marvels. What a beautiful piece your are showing us here! The precursor of the Datograph?! It does make sense of course from your writing but it comes as a surprise:) Did Angelus develop their own movements... 

Angélus was a true manufacture and developed and produced in-house. They were, IMHO, the most innovative chronograph producer at the time. The caliber 215 was the large one and the 250 the smaller one. Based on these two chronograph movements they develop...
