You can come across them on eBay. But, as others are saying, perhaps it’s easier finding a talented gold smith who can build one. Everything had to to fit perfectly. Lug with, circumference, tone of the gold. I suspect the biggest challenge will be the buckle.
They’re quite cool and I like the style. Distinct but simple and comfortable looking.

Had the bracelet made for him, to his own design. I would have one commissioned by a jeweler so that it fits your wrist perfectly.

Cpt. Scarlet has the right idea. Given the inflexibility of the metal, you'd want to have this customized to the wearer's particular wrist dimensions AND shape (e.g. round, oval or round-rectangular). But very cool!
