Freeing oneself from the "manufacture movement" story telling of the brands and looking beyond the usual (overpriced) suspects can reveal many nice watches and brands ....such as this Union Glashütte.
Top quality case and dial finishing and a well executed hand wound 7750 based movement : what's not to like?

Yes, Union has got some very appealing watches, like this one.
Quality is also quite good.
Definitely a base 7750.
In fact the 7753 with parts finished,assembled and regulated by Union. Also with upgraded technical features like an extended power reserve and silicon escapement. ...
The dial is really nicely executed.
Multi-layer white lacquer creates an enamel like surface with sunken sub-registers and thermally blued hands. Even the date is quite discrete .
