Very cool story Thomas. I'm really happy for you as the fumé dial is so nice. You took the right decision and I love the Moser "flexibility" and understanding in this specific context which is not the case of all brands unfortunately.

Horology industry and, more specifically, high end brands which belong to listed companies are at a turning point today (not a fatal one but an important one nevertheless).
Customers are, may be, still able to pay "crazy" prices but they want respect and a high end service too. Hope brands will understand that very soon but I think it\'s the case (at least I hope so). I gave my Emil Lange for a full service two days ago. I\'...
