This time round I had 2 bullet points in mind...
.Gold
.Something I would not find on another persons wrist
Obviously something that wouldn’t cost me an organ which made it more difficult...
At the time I was really getting to know Panerai and it is where I felt most comfortable spending my money at the time, I came across the Pam238... having not scene this watch before I read about it and loved that it had a Girard-Perregaux movement I loved the two crowns, and the alarm function plus only 200 ever made in rose gold...
I have come to learn (after joining this community) that the alarm mechanism was further sourced from a different company called A.schild...
I knew this watch was a blasphemous watch to what Panerai stood for but every inch of me wanted it! It still made sense to me...
At 42mm people had there opinions but I was sure it won’t be long till Panerai produced more small watches for the masses.. and at some point when it reaches its vintage status it should flourish (11 years to go)
For those of you still reading what do you think?
