wonderful photos you posted of amazing timepieces...
for me it has to be glossy gilt dials. mostly since the depth and magic on a glossy gilt does not translate well on photographs, it comes out flat black.... whereas in the real there is so much life in them.
otherwise generally glossy dials are difficult to capture I find.
what I find often true is that some watches are far more photogenic than others, especially matt dials. For instance a Paul Newman Daytona generally comes out really well on pictures.... but may look less lively in the real at times than a well executed dial with gloss.
