Would be nice, but....
I collected the material over a span of time more than a decade. There is no way for me to properly acknowledge the original source/author/contributor. Therefore I can not really commercialize the project since I do not wis to get entangled into any copyright issues. Not to mention that these individual books are printed on a fancy extremely heavy so called lay flat material, that makes them expensive.
I have two extra copies from the initial printing. If interested I can share it at cost.

I do something similar but no where near as elaborate.
Then I have the articles bound and filed so I can refer to and re-read them. You really went the extra yards though! ...
