It’s good to have clear, measurable goals 😉 It’s been a busy year, several in, several out. I just realized only 4 more months to go in 2024! And there are still some changes I’d like to make! I’d love to add one steel and one gold GO or JLC, and the new ...
Watch wise, not sure, too many already… perhaps some watches for my sons. Looking at an Omega speedmaster, probably vintage and still something else. Dirk
... then it would be a lot less stressful! AAAnd you can finally get rid of these 200kg of gold and 50 carat of stones in the safe. It's just blinding every time you grab your passport and keys 😎 Cheers, Alex
Something from the Defy 21 / Extreme range, bucking the smaller trend, and having bought a 44mm Panerai recently I feel comfortable with 44/45. I tried the older 21 and Ultra Blue in Monaco earlier this year, I've yet to try or even see an Extreme in pers...
1. Find a used Logical1 in a configuration I like. Ideally white gold. 2. Some kind of vintage styled chronograph. 3. Either a Sprite or a Batman for Q1.
I keep trying, but there is no Exit 😂 As the Eagles said, “you can check out any time you’d like, but you can never leave!” So one of those could really be “the one” for you?
After two decades I’ve been true most brands and found my nice, therefore I’ll pick the one last piece that it exits me and just enjoy what I have. More watches, more headaches…
If I’m honest , it becomes less fun for me after more than 5 or so in rotation at one time. So I’m a strict one in one out guy these days . So I can appreciate that point of view
For 2025 who knows 🤷🏻♂️ I am happy with the collection and it might well be a focus on other things in life. A fun car (getting to that age) appeals more 😉🤷🏻♂️
The man who is rich, is the man who knows he has enough. I’ve tried, but the current phase I’m in, it’s just not going that way with watches lately! I’m very pleased with my one and only BMW X3 M40 for now. Won’t be looking again for another 5 or so years...
with enough water resistance for boating trips, with a durable movement for the ski trips, high horology enough to bring to nice restaurants during vacation, so I’m searching for an only watch for my sporty holidays. First I was thinking an Overseas, mayb...
In May, I tried on a VC Overseas blue to see what all the fuss was about . It actually fit my 7 inch wrist pretty well. But for me personally , it was not compelling enough for the price
but I’ll try not to decide before seeing it in the metal. I have to travel to Madrid to the boutique for trying because in Barcelona I couldn’t find an AD who has any overseas for trying, so waiting eagerly for a trip there.
I tried it and it fits perfectly to my wrist. Just waiting for new color combinations to hit the market as I’m not totally convinced with gold trims. Would you recommend I’d rather skip the Blancpain FF in titanium dear Nico? I want my sports watch to be ...
that you also concur with my FF idea for a fancy tool watch. I’m hoping BB GMT is selling like hot cakes and they will expand the line with many new iterations, hope to buy one next year. That would be my real tool watch and then I can finally stop buying...
I definitely want a BB 58 GMT as 39mm sits in my wrist just perfect. An Act III in titanium would be tops, better to have a light watch on the wrist while skiing, comfort wise I mean.
Ofcourse the wish list is a mile long but i need to focus on the watches i have for now . Plenty of watches that don’t get the attention they deserve. Figure out which one will stay and maybe i need to start letting go of some so i can add a new one witho...
