Horological Meandering

Yes and No

Welcome to the site.

The Breitling is one of a fairly small group of high-end quartz watches with temperature-compensated and/or specially-tweaked movements
There are specific forums (fora?) for these timepieces, but because the PuristsPro site is more oriented towards mechanical watches the subject only comes up here on rare occasions.

Tracking the accuracy of timekeeping with these watches takes lots of special equipment and time and careful management of temperature and usage. Just placing the watch on the bedside table usually won't  meet the spec, you actually have to wear it, vary the positions, temperatures, etc.

I have two that are in the same league as your Aerospace (I have an Aerospace too).

The GRAND SEIKO SBGT017 Star  (Catchy name, eh?)  Most of the Grand Seiko quartz are using 9F61 or 9F622 movement
Specially-selected movements and a 2-3 year return-to-the-factory adjustment as part of the price; claimed 5-10 seconds a year

This one is called THE CITIZEN or the Citizen CHRONOMASTER.
Possibly the very best watch I've had for timekeeping.  One guy has reported only 6 seconds lost in 70 months of operation

Others that merit mention include:

Breitling Colt II
Bulova Precisionist
Citizen Crystron Mega was specced at 3 seconds a year
Longines VHP  (very high precision) using ETA 255.561 or ETA 252.611
Omega Marine Chronometers Cal 1511, 1516
Omega Electroquartz
Seiko Astron
Seiko Twin Quartz
