Hi guys Can someone advise? My Unico is in for a service in UK as the crown FELL OUT. It’s the 46mm Titanium version. I was in a watch shop today looking at a Deep Sea and the guy showed me the service receipt from Rolex - £620! It seems like a total con ... 

But 1k for chronograph service seems in line

at that service cost. The watch is sent to the factory and it take some weeks or maybe months to have the job done.

My AP only cost £1200 for a new clasp and full service and Polish ! My 911 cost £700 for a major service. £1200 for a Unico a few years old - ridiculous!!!

What did they leave out?

I’ve had them for 20 now years as daily drive - £700 is about right and not much else needed.
