Sorry, but I don't see the dial as a skeleton, but as an open dial. Nothing less, nothing more.
A skeleton plays on transparency. Here, this is not the case, by far.
The ( con) Fusion is often made between the open dial and the skeleton.

As you can see, there is much more work on all the parts of the movement, on a skeleton watch, than on an open dial.
