Don't know if this is the right place...

... for my question, but here goes.  I've recently discovered - and been smitten by - the Moser Perpetual 1, with its restrained but considerable elegance and inventive take on a very useful complication.  Searching and reading through various websites, mostly this one, there's an impression that Moser watches are generally well liked.  However, the standard of finishing of the movement has been compared unfavourably with that of other brands.  Is that really the case?  I had the opportunity recently of trying on the rose gold version, and what I saw through the exhibition back looked very nice indeed, but then I'm no expert (far from...).  Are Moser watches really a notch below ALS, PP and FPJ?  TIA
