Since you know Philippe Dufour quite well, why don't you just pick up the phone, give him a call and discuss your possible problem directly with him ? As you know, there is no assistant there, in general Philippe picks up the phone himself. Perhaps your watch just needs a good service, when did it get the last one or when was it delivered ?
