I'm glad you saw this post and thank you for your comments. I expect to be wearing this one for quite some weeks non-stop and shall have the chance to reflect further. Having said, that, I have seen many of the iterations of the C series and am already familiar with the watch thus comfortable with the journey travelled and know that this will be a special piece in my collection for many years.

yes, I too have enjoyed Jays posts and it was a shame I wasn't in HK when he was there recently. I think he and I share similar tastes in watches and it would be nice to have met him.

I have always been a sucker for orange and grey. it is a great combination. I have a number of my watches on orange straps.
