Dornblüth Detail
I don’t see many posts about Dornblüth on this site, and I can understand that given the relatively tiny size of its operations. But I really have to give the small manufacture credit for making some beautiful watches, and selling them at comparatively reasonable prices. Here’s a macro shot of the dial on the “medium-sized” version (40mm) of their signature 99.1 watch. The textured silver dial, applied numbers, and engraving of the company marque all look very nice to me.

I waited over a year for mine. Upon arrival it had smudges on the underside of the crystal. Don't get me wrong, there were apologies and an efficient system to send it back. Watch redelivered with a new/clean crystal, along with a mark on the dial. In the...
