For me, the UV seems more like you.
Personally it would also be my choice, as I don’t like that the satellites are covered on the other reference.
I do think, with a different strap (darker) the UV will be more versatile.
I would add one last comment on something you didn’t ask about; the 100 series as a whole doesn’t appeal to me. I prefer to have Urwerk with a less standard case shape as that is a large part of the brand DNA.

As others have mentioned, this would be a difficult decision for me.
I’m drawn to the purple as it’s a bit outrageous and makes a statement, perhaps worn for special occasions. The black is super cool and works with many straps and more situations. Good Luck!
