Hello Purists. I considering purchasing a ss principia. Not sure of dial color. Does anyone know how much they retain their value? Over the years I have the habit of looking for change. Thanks in advance for responses.

extremely loved and appreciated watch here in the site for the movement, dial etc i'm much inclined to say, no one is able to predict the future to say which watch will retain or increase in value. go for it, if you like it & enjoy it, then the market val... 

is in the back of many people’s minds but not a very fruitful topic here... thus we discourage direct money talk. My best advice if your tastes change is to buy a good used watch, don’t damage it while wearing it, and above all keep boxes, papers and all ... 

I just purchased a Romaine Gauthier which is in the same limited bracket as Grönefeld, It was about 1.5 years old so still had factory warranty left and in mint condition, I also know the provenance. I experienced the same hesitation as you but by looking...

Great watch, looks so good. I was able to try on the Salmon and the Light Blue recently. The Salmon has a small metalic flake in it that looks better in person, its up their with my favorite salmon dials. All watches lose value (except a lucky few models)...
