honestly i didn't ask about anything else
my main concern was that the rotor was covering half the beautiful movement so i thought of skeletonizing it
they replied that they haven't done it before and are happy to do so in fact they liked the idea actually
and also they agreed to engrave my name instead of the logo and in ARABIC mind you with a very unique calligraphy style
the gronefelds are really super nice and i would assume that if you ask they might actually accept your suggestions
btw you have me intrigued what type of customization you thinking of
Update on rotor design for my Principia
Using a particular font for my name I opted to put my name instead of initials ...
i think this is more artistic than initials in english alphabets...
