You can argue that they are chasing the trend.
But I am glad that more and more alternatives to Nautilus and Royal Oak are popping up.

Surprised they didn’t think to offer brown, given the void left by the Vacheron Overseas. Not sure about burgundy… have a feeling it could look a bit stodgy for the style.

Size is good and it has its own look, also good!
Compared to Chopard's Alpine Eagle, I think this is super competitive. May I just say 12bar wr at 10.5mm thickness is a triumph that Omega, UJ, and many other brands should be ashamed of.

I wouldn't call it a very Genta-like design apart from the integrated bracelet
No porthole inspiration, octagon shape, or bezel bolts, which for me are the real Genta design characteristics
GG did do a lot of round watches as well, Polerouter to name one, and his style inspired many in this sport luxury category so i think it is quite an achievement to bring a new watch with its own look in this segment.
The integrated bracelet was already done by IWC in 1970, in the Da Vinci line. which was not a GG design. ...
