I have just spent the afternoon sifting through the archives of Eurostar and it is a trove for information on Daniel Roth (and every other watch company under the sun).
Eurostar has digitised all of its periodicals dating back to the 1950s, and is about to complete the project back to the 1930s. That is about 80,000 pages of watch history.
I highly recommend a subscription for anyone interested in diving deep into brand and industry history.
For now this satisfies my request to fellow members for information on Mr. Roth's eponymous work.

They are indeed. To think that before Roth, Breguet was all but done, and its inventory reduced to Type XXs and not much else.
