I’m back from the Moser AD - empty handed.
Reason?
It’s not that the white hour markers show two consecutive times (most of the time). Yes, that would eventually drive me nuts but maybe I can get used to it...
No, the reason for me to reject the Flying Wheel is that the time that both hour markers show white is INCONSISTENT!!
WTH?!? For example, the time switch can begin as early as 00 minutes from 12 o’clock to 1 o’clock but not begin until 2:20 and last until 2:47 for 2 o’clock to 3 o’clock.
I’m sorry, but this will definitely drive me bonkers.

My Moser AD just called and offered me an Endeavour Flying Hours for a good price. Should I go for it?
TBH, I never really considered this piece and am only now doing research on it... Anybody have an opinion on this piece? 🤔 (Sorry for the Chinese magazine but was the only thing on hand...😅) Alfred ...

Like others, I also thought of the AP Star Wheel but this Moser has more in common with the Urwerk, I think. According to my research so far, the Flying Wheel has 3 satellite hour displays that rotate accordingly together with a central minutes track.
Only 1 small problem with the Urwerk...

Its a very nice watch from a brand i really like (own two of them)
But like others say its sometimes a bit difficult to read the time on . A problem i dont have with my Urwerk . Still a great watch to wear i think and when the price is right !!! Hope to see some pics from it when you do buy it 🙏🏻 Here i picture i took at...

Both Endeavour Concepts. And like you, I also like Moser. I’m actually in the process of putting on my shoes and head out to try it on now! We’ll see if anything comes out of it. 😉

Haha, well if any members out there get a chance to handle this piece,
they can confirm whether I was handling a warped piece or whether this 1st gen endeavour (haha, pun!) is really like this.
I didn't think it was that way with the model I saw.
However the fact that there was prolonged overlap (from 10 mins before the hour to maybe 20 minutes after the hour) when the hour was changing is really a deal breaker. I could be wrong, having not spent a lot of time with the watch, but to me this seems ...
