if it doesn't reset to zero no problem
that's a known condition with the pipe on the second hand, and can be easily and quickly repaired.
It needs a new hand (on right) because the original hand pipe may be a bit short

thanks Mike, as it turns out i've had a pm from Beat Weinmann asking me to send it back ASAP for fix due to its 2 year warranty so i can get it back this year.........this year is not a problem, but so far excellent customer service. cheers Graham
